Frances’ artwork focuses on texture and composition, with subject matter ranging from fantastical to macabre. Much of her work incorporates obsessive texturing in the form of crosshatching, pointillism, and blending.

She has exhibited work in New York; New Jersey; and Detroit, Michigan. She was one of about 300 artists chosen for the 2020 Society of Illustrators Student Scholarship Award, and featured in the American Illustration: 39 Archive. She received her B.F.A. from Parsons School of Design.
